Find freight that best matches profile for the Carrier discussed during initial consultation.
Dispatcher will make 100% effort to keep Carrier truck(s) loaded weekly.
Upon the Carrier agreeing to the load, AC EXPRESS SOLUTIONS INC. will email to shipper / broker the Carriers, Authority, W-9, Notice of Assignment, proof of insurance, and order insurance certificates if required, along with any other required supporting documentation.
Obtain rate of confirmation, with given appointments for pickup and drop-off and texted to carrier asap. The carrier will need to go through the rate to ensure understanding.
We run credit checks on all brokers we work with to ensure that you will be paid in a timely manner.
Assist with any problems that arise in the transit of the load, when necessary, and within our capabilities. Carrier is responsible for own equipment; we can direct you to a service that maybe helpful.
Dispatcher agrees to handle paperwork, phone, and email to and from the Broker or Shipper to tender commodities or shipments to Carrier for transportation in interstate commerce by Carrier between points and places within the scope of Carrier's operating authority.
Carrier will be contacted regarding each load we find, and the driver will Accept or Reject the load
